Requirements
- Account and customer relationship, software sales and license, and Cloud subscription revenue
- Demand management, pipeline and opportunity management
- Sales excellence across all sales activities
- Develop relationships to deliver significant revenue
- Proven track record of sales development across install base and net new accounts
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and file management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze partner sales data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes.
- Deliver regular reports, dashboards, and presentations on sales operations performance.
- Participate in the implementation of sales strategies and their results on a periodic basis.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional qualifications, in a field relevant to the functional area or responsibility.
- Experience in selling complex business software/IT solutions/start-up consulting and/or management experience with a value selling mindset.
- Understanding of enterprise IT systems.
- Experience with relationship management.
- Experience with sales-related processes is a plus.
- Experience working with CRM solutions.
- Communication skills and presentation skills.
- Work ethic based on a strong desire to meet expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Previous experience with Microsoft.
- A true team player with a focus on creating long-term value for the team.
- Understanding of enterprise IT systems.
- Experience with partner relationship management.
- Proven track record in complex sales in a collaborative and impactful manner.
- Demonstrated success with large transactions, transformation and long sales campaigns in a fast-paced and competitive consultative market.
- Experience in any of the aviation and defense, construction and contracting, manufacturing, and oil and gas industries will be a plus.
- Excellent presentation and business engagement skills;
- Business level English or Spanish: Fluent
- Portuguese: will be considered a plus.
