Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in technology, innovation, or product leadership, including 3+ years in AI or data-driven products (agentic AI experience is a strong plus)
• Proven success delivering customer-facing AI initiatives, pilots, or product incubations
• Strong strategic and commercial mindset - you know how to turn technology into business impact
• Deep understanding of modern AI technologies (LLMs, agents, orchestration frameworks, generative AI)
• Excellent stakeholder management and storytelling skills, from executive leaders to customers
• Experience thriving in agile, experimental environments focused on learning and validation
• Bonus: familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or enterprise software ecosystems
