Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Director or Business Development Manager in the insurance industry (life & non-life) OR a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Director or Manager in related industries such as banking, finance, fintech, real estate, telecommunications, or automotive
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, building, and developing high-performing teams
• Proven ability to recruit direct sales teams, train and develop sales agents and sales team leaders
