We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong focus on agency recruitment and sales to join our dynamic team.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Director or Business Development Manager in the insurance industry (life & non-life).
- OR a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Director or Manager in related industries such as banking, finance, fintech, real estate, telecommunications, or automotive.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, building, and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to recruit direct sales teams, train and develop sales agents and sales team leaders.
- Excellent training, coaching, and leadership skills to guide teams in achieving business objectives.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop plans with clear and measurable objectives.
- Strong skills in managing and optimizing the sales operations of an agency force.
