Job Description
As a Senior Residential Solar QA & Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing solar systems, processing projects, and providing training to external business partners. This role contributes to the growth of IGS' Residential Solar business and requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to learn new technology platforms.
Requirements
- Evaluate solar systems submitted for milestone review
- Review and process a high volume of solar projects from outside parties
- Become an expert user of IGS' Solar 360 platform
- Craft clear and concise instructional emails
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions
- Identify issues and create software tickets for IT support
- Process improvement
- Collaborate with cross functional teams
