Job Description
We are seeking a CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC mills, perform quality checks, troubleshoot machine issues, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of CNC machining experience and a strong understanding of G-code, tooling, and machining principles.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical/trade school required
- 7+ years of CNC machining experience
- Advanced experience with CNC mills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with multi-axis machining
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge
