Job Description
Deliver high quality medical care to patients experiencing homelessness in a recuperative care setting, influencing positive outcomes and promoting health literacy.
Requirements
- Current and non-restricted LVN license in California
- 2 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to send and receive emails and summarize data in spreadsheets
- Valid CA Driver's License
