Illumination Health + Home is a growing non-profit organization dedicated towards disrupting the cycle of homelessness by providing targeted, interdisciplinary services. The Medical Coordinator is responsible for delivering high quality medical care and influencing positive outcomes for patients experiencing homelessness.
Requirements
- Current and non-restricted LVN license in California
- 2 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Valid CA Driver’s License
