Talent Development Professional (m/f/d) Europe

Syntax is seeking a Talent Development Professional to design, implement, and execute global and regional talent development initiatives and internal training programs that align with the company's business strategy and people objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a comparable field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in international matrix organizations.
• Proven multi-year experience in talent development, DE&I, and training delivery in an international environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational development capabilities.
• Experience with talent management software and learning management systems (LMS).
• Business fluent German and English; French is a plus.
• Certifications in talent development or related areas are an advantage.
