Talent Development Professional (m/w/d) Europe

We are SYNTAX. SAP-Partner of the first hour. International IT service provider for the medium-sized manufacturing industry. We are looking for a Talent Development Professional to contribute to promoting the competences and potential of our employees, conception, implementation, and implementation of global and regional talent development initiatives, and internal training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or comparable.
• Several years of professional experience in international matrix organizations.
• Demonstrated several years of experience in the fields of talent development, DE&I, implementation of training in an international environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding skills in the fields of project management and organizational development.
• Experience with talent management software and learning management systems (LMS).
• Negotiation-safe German, English, and ideally French language skills.
• Certifications in talent development or similar fields are an advantage.
