Requirements

• Disciplinary and professional leadership of a European service management team
• Responsibility for customer satisfaction and compliance with contractually agreed service provisions
• Further development of service processes and governance models
• Coaching and development of team members
• Identification of competence gaps and derivation of appropriate training measures
• Promotion of a team culture of teamwork, ownership, and customer focus
• Participation in recruiting and onboarding new team members
