3+ years experience preferred. HVAC knowledge is a plus. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Maintenance Technician - CIN
3+ years' experience preferred. Must be a master craftsman with problem-solving skills. Must be able to perform inspections, manage subcontractors, and operate a tech-driven environment
Maintenance Technician / Residential Handyman (STL)
3+ years’ experience is preferred. HVAC knowledge is a plus. Must be able to work weekends/weekends and perform inspections. A valid driver’s license is required
Residential Maintenance Technician (PIT)
3+ years of experience in residential maintenance, HVAC experience, and ability to work after hours and on weekends
