Maintenance Technician / Residential Handyman (STL)
3+ years’ experience is preferred. HVAC knowledge is a plus. Must be able to work weekends/weekends and perform inspections. A valid driver’s license is required
RTS Maintenance Technician - Cleveland
High school diploma, 3+ years of experience, EPA 608 certification, and OSHA 10 certification required
RTS Maintenance Technician - St. Louis
3+ years of hands-on experience in residential maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related trade. High school diploma or equivalent required. Demonstrated proficiency across multiple residential maintenance trades as described above
RTS Maintenance Technician - Cincinnati
High school diploma, 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related trade, ability to diagnose issues and self-perform routine maintenance tasks
