The RTS Maintenance Technician provides hands-on field support for both turn and maintenance operations across the assigned market. This role is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of residential systems and components.
Requirements
- Complete reactive maintenance work orders across the assigned portfolio in a timely and professional manner
- Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide range of residential systems and components
- Support turn operations by performing assigned repairs and tasks within Scopes of Work
- Conduct move-out and move-in property inspections
- Perform quality control checks on vendor-completed work
- Maintain awareness of overall property condition during every visit
- Report all major repairs or replacements to supervision
- Manage tools and parts inventory
- Interact professionally with residents during on-site visits
- Conduct all work in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Communicate proactively with the Turns and Service Coordinator and leadership
- Be available for on-call service, weekend, and evening work as needed
- Pursue ongoing professional development and skill-building
