Job Description
The RTS Maintenance Technician provides hands-on field support for turn and maintenance operations across the assigned market. This role is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of residential systems and components.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related trade
- EPA 608 certification (Type I, II, or Universal) for HVAC refrigerant handling
- OSHA 10 certification
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
