Business Development Operations Manager

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled pediatrician-led medical group reimagining care for children with special healthcare needs. The Business Development Operations Manager will serve as the operational backbone of the Business Development team, owning deal infrastructure, pipeline reporting, and strategic analysis.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in program management, business operations, BD operations, management consulting, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience operating in support of Business Development or Sales teams
• Strong analytical and dashboarding skills; comfort with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and pipeline reporting
• Ability to understand commercial context, deal structure, and client requirements well enough to build compelling materials and accurate reporting
