Senior Product Manager, Growth & Enrollment

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled pediatrician-led medical group that delivers 24/7 virtual first and in-home medical, behavioral, and social care. The Senior Product Manager, Growth & Enrollment will shape patient entry and engagement with Imagine Pediatrics, from initial health plan eligibility through enrollment and early care experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in healthcare, growth, or operational platforms
• Experience owning products that drive conversion, onboarding, or top-of-funnel engagement
• Strong ability to map and simplify complex workflows across multiple teams and systems
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and operations
• Comfort working closely with operational teams (e.g., call centers, outreach, or care coordination)
• Experience defining and improving metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, time to value, or engagement
