IT Operations Engineer

Role Overview

As an IT Operations Engineer at IMC, you will be the first point of contact for IT system problems, providing first to third level support to users. You will work on a wide range of systems, including Windows, Mac, and Linux, and be responsible for deploying enterprise updates, installing and repairing hardware and software, and troubleshooting network issues.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing support for physical and virtual desktop environments, infrastructure components, and audio and visual communication systems. You will also assist with desk and physical equipment moves, and be responsible for deploying enterprise updates and troubleshooting network issues.

Requirements

• Degree in ICT related field (BSc level ideally)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and fast paced environment
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac Operating Systems
• Linux experience a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to solve problems creatively and proactively
• Willingness to get involved in physical tasks
• Strong drive to grow
• Proficient in written and spoken English
