Executive Assistant & Office Manager

The Executive Assistant & Office Manager will assist the General Counsel, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Human Resources with seamless coordination of executive priorities and the efficient operation of the office. The role is designed to deliver high-level support to C-suite leaders while overseeing the day-to-day administrative, financial, and facilities functions that keep the organization productive and compliant.

Requirements

• Manage complex executive calendars
• Serve as the primary gatekeeper for executive communications and calls
• Coordinate travel logistics
• Oversee office operations
• Manage financial responsibilities
• Guide and coach the Executive Assistant team
• Address employee inquiries
• Organize company-wide events
• Process and maintain tracking for individual certification or licensure requirements
• Assist with filing annual reports and federal and state securities filings
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain organizational charts and entity lists
• Perform ad-hoc and cross-functional duties and/or projects
