Solutions Consultant

As a Solutions Consultant at impact.com, you will partner with the Enterprise AE team to drive revenue across the region, acting as a trusted advisor to uncover client challenges and design bespoke solution plans.

Requirements

• 3+ years working in a customer facing role at a digital marketing or technology company
• Familiarity of affiliate and/or digital marketing industry preferred
• Proven performance in a pre-sales support role selling a SaaS solution through demonstrations, drafting RFP responses, and onboarding sales executives
• Continuous learner looking to be challenged with new product capabilities and customer use cases
• Experience within the marketing technology (MarTech) ecosystem required
• Knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, file transfer systems
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to command engagement at an executive level
• In-depth understanding of SaaS platforms and digital marketing solutions
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience and make complex solutions simple
• Consistent and detailed approach to preparation and team collaboration
