Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management position in the restaurant or hotel industry
- Post-secondary education in hospitality, restaurant management, or a related field
- Mobilizing leadership and excellent ability to manage a team
- Strong orientation towards customer experience and quality of service
- Good understanding of performance indicators in the restaurant industry
- Ability to evolve in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of restaurant management systems (POS)
- Bilingualism in French and English
