We are looking for an Implementation Consultant β Jira (ITSM) to provide Level-1 and Level-2 operational support for Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM).
Requirements
- Provide Level-1 / Level-2 support for Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM)
- Troubleshoot workflow, permission, automation, and configuration issues
- Manage user access, roles, schemes, and permission controls
- Assist in basic workflow design and form configurations
- Handle incident and service request tickets related to Jira platform
- Coordinate with senior consultants for complex escalations
- Support system health monitoring and platform upgrades
- Maintain documentation and ensure configuration consistency
