Job Description
Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a highly capable Principal Consultant - JIRA to lead and support enterprise Jira / Jira Service Management (JSM) implementations, consulting engagements, and ITSM transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Jira / Jira Service Management (JSM) and enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Asset Management
- Experience with Jira/JSM administration, workflow configuration, SLA management, permission schemes, and service project implementations
- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder alignment, and solution discussions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
