Technical Documentation Specialist

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Documentation Specialist to develop accurate, structured, and standardized documentation for Jira Service Management and ITSM implementations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in technical documentation or similar role
• BS / BSc. in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, or other cloud-based documentation platforms
• Familiarity with Jira or other ITSM tools
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong formatting, structuring, and information organization capability
• Ability to understand technical configurations and translate them into clear documentation
• Strong written communication and clarity of expression
• High attention to detail and structured thinking
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content
• Effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
