Job Description
Our Patient Concierge will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service, scheduling appointments, and directing patients and inquiries appropriately. The role works in a collaborative relationship with the front desk team and other departments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of administrative medical office experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system strongly preferred
