Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is a hands-on role responsible for day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of a multifamily residential community.
Requirements
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or commercial settings
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and prioritize tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks regularly
