Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Analytics Manager to play a pivotal role in connecting our regional field sales and internal operations teams across our U.S. branded retail portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in forecasting, planning, or sales operations (CPG industry strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort with syndicated data tools (IRI, Nielsen POS & panel).
- Strong project management skills with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
