The company is looking for an Associate Account Manager to provide operational support for smooth account management and assist with day-to-day account operations while maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in digital media; client-facing experience preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to solve customer problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently while remaining proactive and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. Experience with DOMO, Looker, Tableau or similar analytical tools is an asset.
