Associate Account Manager

Index Exchange is a global advertising supply-side platform enabling media owners to maximize the value of their content on any screen. The company is looking for an Associate Account Manager to provide operational support for smooth account management and assist with day-to-day account operations while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital media; client-facing experience preferred.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to leverage data and analytics to solve customer problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently while remaining proactive and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. Experience with DOMO, Looker, Tableau or similar analytical tools is an asset.
