Job Description
IU Health is seeking a compassionate Child Life Specialist to support pediatric patients and families through challenging hospital experiences. This role involves psychosocial support, emotional preparation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a safe, family-centered, and emotionally supportive care environment. The CLS will assess patient needs and apply developmentally appropriate interventions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Enrollment in or completion of an ACLP internship.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
