Consultant-Talent Acquisition Intermediate position at Indiana University Health, supporting revenue cycle functions and providing talent acquisition support. The role involves managing a comprehensive recruiting process, applying total rewards strategies, and assisting with workforce planning analysis. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a matrixed organization, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a matrixed organization
- Knowledge of compensation structures and experience applying processes and guidelines for internal and external candidate hires
- Knowledge of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.)
- Knowledge in passive sourcing approaches, tools, and technologies
- Demonstrated success implementing sourcing strategies and process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and using an applicant tracking system
