Job Description
Indiana University Health is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join its Talent Acquisition team in the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, Information Services. This position is full-time and hybrid with onsite responsibilities located in Indianapolis, IN. The successful candidate will partner with customers to provide strategic and tactical talent acquisition expertise and ensure successful arrivals on first dates of employment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required, or equivalent years of experience.
- 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience within a matrixed organization; healthcare setting preferred.
- Detailed knowledge of internet sourcing and recruiting strategies and practices.
- Expert knowledge of compensation structures and experience applying processes and guidelines for internal and external candidate hires.
- Knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
- Passive sourcing approaches, tools, and technologies.
- Demonstrated success implementing sourcing strategies, process improvement initiatives, and measuring ROI.
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and an applicant tracking system.
