Job Description
Our company seeks an IT Service Desk Employee to support the internal IT infrastructure at the Stuttgart location, responsible for defect management, technical questions, and system monitoring.
Requirements
- Completed education in the IT sector
- First experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Office, network technologies, and ITSM tools
