We are looking for a Service Desk Technician with a solid knowledge of the M365 area for our customer in Frankfurt am Main. You will be responsible for accepting and processing incoming fault reports and customer inquiries, as well as installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
Requirements
- Completed education in the IT sector
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows Client and Server, Office, M365)
- Good, solid knowledge in the network area (DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, Switching, Routing, Firewall)
