Job Description
IT Service Desk Employee responsible for defect management, system inquiries, user consulting, IT system monitoring, and technical problem analysis in the areas of software, hardware, and networks.
Requirements
- Completed education in the IT field (e.g. as a computer scientist) or equivalent qualification
- First experience in IT support, helpdesk or service desk
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Office, network technologies, and ideally of ITSM tools
- High degree of customer and service orientation, as well as teamwork skills
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
