Total Rewards Administrator to document standard operating procedures, lead total rewards team projects, and assist with year-end processes. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compensation and/or benefits. Experience leading small projects and knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws required.
Requirements
- Documenting standard operating procedures for major total rewards processes
- Leading total rewards team projects from end to end
- Assisting with year-end processes including auditing information
- Supporting compensation in calculating, submitting, and documenting incentive pay for employees
- Organizing and setting up job description library
- Supporting the management of total rewards mailbox
- Assisting in day to day activities to improve efficiency of team
- Supporting and owning standard total rewards communications sent to employees
