Job Description
The Manager, Total Rewards Programs supports the implementation and administration of key Total Rewards offerings, ensuring total rewards programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organizational strategy.
Requirements
- Extensive background in HR with proven experience in total rewards programs
- Experience working with collective bargaining agreements and union negotiations
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations affecting total rewards programs
- Demonstrated success in leading change and improving processes
- Experience working in large, complex, dynamic organizations with multiple business groups and broad geographic reach
