The Account Manager will be responsible for value-selling Infor Warehouse Management/Supply Chain solutions to existing Infor accounts, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, and executing intelligent pursuit plans.
Requirements
- Value Communication: Articulate the value proposition of Infor Warehouse Management/Supply Chain solutions, highlighting competitive advantages to clients and prospects.
- Support and Strategy: Assist Industry Account Managers with knowledge of WMS, educate the Industry team on market trends and solutions, develop strategies for account targeting and planning.
- Client Engagement: Work with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor solutions, coordinate with consultants and partners for discoveries and demos.
- Account Management: Execute customer account strategies and maintain communication and follow-up procedures, sales and pipeline: Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales, manage your sales pipeline and achieve quarterly quotas.
