Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ERP Support Analyst to join our Global LN Finance Support Team. This team plays a critical role in supporting a wide customer base across APAC, the Middle East, and parts of Europe. As our LN customer base continues to grow on the cloud, this role is essential to maintaining high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Gain a deep understanding of LN product functionality and its real-world business applications.
- Simulate and troubleshoot reported issues in customer environments and internal cloud tenants.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders (Development, GPS, CloudOps, IMS) to resolve technical and functional issues.
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers on LN Finance modules.
- Contribute to team success by sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Be flexible and available to work in shifts as per business requirements.
