Territory Partner Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly driven and collaborative Territory Partner Sales Manager to accelerate partner-led growth across Spain and Portugal. This role is critical in expanding our footprint within mid-market accounts (250M–500M EUR revenue), working closely with partners and account executives to win new business, and grow existing accounts.

Requirements

• Own and strategically manage a defined territory across Spain and Portugal, focusing on mid-market accounts (250M–500M EUR revenue)
• Drive AACV growth, targeting both new logos and existing customers
• Build, develop, and strengthen relationships with key partners to maximize market opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to co-sell and position solutions effectively
• Engage directly with customers to understand business needs and align them with the right partner and solution
• Manage and track opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, ensuring forecast accuracy and KPI achievement
• Lead territory planning and execution with a strong focus on partner ecosystem performance
• Provide feedback to enhance partner enablement programs, tools, and go-to-market strategies
• Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement team
