Sales Operations Specialist

We run around 800 events each year, create digital platforms, and operate professional development programmes. This role involves identifying information and process improvements, ensuring accurate reporting within Salesforce, and contributing to standardizing best practices across brands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Exceptionally well-organized with acute attention to detail
• Collaborative team player with a 'can-do' attitude
• Experienced in working with sales tools like Salesforce a plus
• In-depth knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs a plus
