Requirements
- Strategic Discovery: Act as the 'heartbeat' of the team by using natural curiosity to uncover deep-seated client challenges and business drivers.
- The Multiplier Effect: Work across several sales representatives to enable their success, effectively scaling your expertise to drive revenue far beyond an individual target.
- Account Penetration: Create and orchestrate strategies to anticipate client needs and provide high-value business insights.
- Situational Leadership: Operate within a team culture that prioritizes leadership development, preparing you for future people management roles within or outside of the BBS team.
- Portfolio Mastery: Learn and sell a wide portfolio of technology research, business consulting, and marketing services to senior-level functions.
- Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience or client management.
- Natural Curiosity: A proven track record of'strong discovery'—the ability to ask the right questions and challenge client thinking.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to engage and influence senior-level executives.
- Institutional Knowledge: Ability to hit the ground running by quickly mastering Informa TechTarget’s offerings and imparting that knowledge to others.
- Mindset: Goal and action-oriented, with a desire for a 'change of pace' from traditional sales into a high-level advisory and enablement role.
