Requirements
- At least 5 years' commercial experience within Client/Customer Success, or similar of digital services and solutions in a professional services environment.
- A strong track record in managing and growing strategic accounts and driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Commercial acumen, including experience in developing business cases and crafting impactful, commercially robust solution proposals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and to short deadlines with a clear sense of priority within a fast-paced and agile environment.
