Organizational Change Management Consultant

We are seeking a purpose-driven Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our Workforce Transformation team in Poland. The consultant will work on large scale international business transformation programs for our clients, focused on organization transformations, digital- and ERP implementations, Business Process Outsourcing. As an integral part of a larger project teams, the consultant will ensure successful client delivery through customer experience and bring in change expertise to our clients and guide their stakeholders on the change journey.

Requirements

• Higher education degree, e.g. in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Management, Communication or other
• At least 3+ years of relevant and recent consulting or business experience
• Solid background in Organizational Change Management, continuous improvement, design thinking, learning & development and transformation experience
• Proven track record of successfully delivering client engagements in the field of Organizational Transformation
• Functional expertise in ERP (S/4Hana, SAP, Oracle) BPO/Outsourcing, Cloud, or Salesforce Transformation
• Proactive self-starters, high energy, motivated and driving personality
• Willingness to travel and an excellent command of English, additional language skills in German or French are highly desirable
