Infraspeak is seeking a Customer Onboarding Engineer | Implementation Specialist for the EMEA region with a focus on the UK&I markets. The ideal candidate has a technical background in engineering or facilities/maintenance management and experience in B2B SaaS implementation and project management.
Requirements
- English: Business-level fluency
- Strong background in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, etc.) or practical experience in facilities/maintenance management
- Proven B2B SaaS experience in a customer-facing role (Implementation, Onboarding, Project Management)
- Experience with maintenance management software (CMMS) or CRM platforms
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
