As a Customer Journey Expert, contribute to BMG becoming the bank which provides top notch services and products for our customers in Netting and Cash Pool, leading and managing end-to-end customer journeys from design to development and implementations.
Requirements
- Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business administration, Business Analytics
- Current residency in the Netherlands
- 3+ years relevant experience as a Customer Journey Expert or Product management
- Knowledge of the wholesale banking industry and preferably knowledge about the BMG products
- Analytical strong and able to structure complex problems
- Solutions oriented and able to explain complex topics in an understandable way
- Fluent in written and spoken English and understanding of the Dutch language is preferable
