Commercial Finance NL (ComFin) is part of Business Banking and offers working capital to customers based on debtors and inventory. The role of Customer Journey Expert - Product management is responsible for developing and managing the product strategy and life cycle, including catalog, governance, marketing, customer satisfaction, market research, new product design, performance, risk management, policy updates, and content management.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3-8 years of work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Lending/Commercial Finance products.
• Experience in (commercial) product management and/or marketing and/or customer experience.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Shows a high level of independence in managing tasks and responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English.
