Customer Journey Expert - Product Management II

Designing processes to meet user experience, translating strategy to initiatives, analyzing feasibility and value, liaising with developers, and improving collaboration between stakeholders. Working on personal growth, creating opportunities, and developing skills in a dynamic environment. Maintaining, improving, and extending Customized and Fast Track Lending Management flows, creating re-usable components, and analyzing projects to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Designing processes that meet and improve user experience
• Translating the bank and tribe strategy to concrete initiatives
• Analyzing the feasibility and the value of opportunities
• Liaising with developers (Pega Software, Sharepoint, SNOW)
• Actively participating and taking initiative to improve collaboration between stakeholders
• Evaluating our way of working with the aim to continuously improve
• Strong affinity with data and good analytical skills
• Planning & organizational skills
• Clear communication skills
• Knowledge of business lending products/services
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French
• Master degree or Bachelor degree with relevant work experience
