Job Description
The Partner Development Manager will identify, recruit, and onboard new AWS resellers across the Nordic region, drive the expansion of the partner ecosystem, and build strategic growth plans for selected partners.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in partner development, channel sales, or cloud ecosystem roles
- Strong understanding of cloud business models, AWS partner frameworks, and the Nordic reseller landscape
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English and Finnish (other Nordic languages a plus)
- Familiarity with AWS tools, certifications, and program dynamics (MAP, AWS Partner Network)
- Experience from working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), partner tracking, and performance dashboards
