(Senior) Project Manager Business Development & Growth (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Business Development & Growth to shape the society of tomorrow through our digital solutions designed for people and with social relevance. The successful candidate will work with over 1,400 colleagues in interdisciplinary teams and will be responsible for delivering projects successfully, strategically developing customers, and managing ongoing customer projects in digital communication, including UX/UI, content production, websites/portals, and CMS.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management of digital communication and website projects (UX/UI, content, CMS, web development) in the public sector or public-related industries.
• Experience in business development/pre-sales: tenders, concepts, offer preparation, expense estimation, stakeholder management, project initiation.
• Strong sales-oriented mindset and desire for customer development (upselling/cross-selling).
• Agile or classical project methods experience.
• Certification in project management (e.g. PMI/PMP, Prince2, IPMA or Scrum PSPO/PSM, LeSS, SAFe Agilist).
• Very good written expression and high presentation security.
• Structure, reliability, and self-responsibility.
• Completed study
• Very good German knowledge in word and writing.
