(Senior) Project Manager Business Development & Growth (all genders)

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager Business Development & Growth to join our team. You'll be responsible for delivering projects successfully and strategically developing our customers. You'll work with our customers to recognize their needs and translate them into upselling/developing potential and concrete next steps. You'll also take on a central role in presales, especially in tenders, and drive the processing forward independently. You'll create concepts for tender documents and convince in pitches.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management of digital communication and website projects (UX/UI, content, CMS, web development) in the public sector or public-related industries.
• Experience in business development/presales: tenders, concepts, offer preparation, cost estimation, stakeholder management, project approach.
• Strong sales mindset and desire for customer development (upselling/cross-selling).
• Familiarity with agile or classical project methods and completion of a certification (e.g. PMI/PMP, Prince2, IPMA or Scrum PSPO/PSM, LeSS, SAFe Agilist) is ideal.
• Very good written expression (concept quality) and high presentation security (pitch quality).
• Structure, reliability and self-responsibility.
• Completed degree and very good German language skills in word and writing.
