(Senior) Project Manager Business Development & Growth (all genders)

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to shape the society of tomorrow by delivering projects successfully and developing customers strategically. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management of digital communication and website projects, as well as Business Development/Presales. The role involves steering customer projects, developing customers, and acquiring new customers through tenders and pitches.

Requirements

• Experience in project management of digital communication and website projects (UX/UI, content, CMS, web development) in the public sector or public-related industries.
• Experience in Business Development/Presales: tenders, concepts, offer creation, cost estimation, stakeholder management, project initiation.
• Strong sales mindset and enthusiasm for customer development (upselling/cross-selling).
• Confidence in handling agile or classical project methods and certification in a project management framework (e.g. PMI/PMP, Prince2, IPMA or Scrum PSPO/PSM, LeSS, SAFe Agilist).
• Very good written expression skills (concept quality) and high presentation confidence (pitch quality).
• Structure, reliability, and self-responsibility.
• Ability to drive topics, prioritize, and coordinate teams.
• Completed degree.
• Very good German knowledge in word and writing.
